JOB DESCRIPTION

Your key responsibilities

  • Part of the team that drives brand communication, ATL marketing, ATL media planning & PR for all Hotstar International brand initiatives
  • Define brand positioning, and design and deploy strategies to strengthen the Hotstar Premium brand and build brand equity
  • Build world-class marketing campaigns for international shows, original content & sports
  • Work with external and internal stakeholders like creative communications, digital marketing team, agencies, product team to create brand strategy, and develop a differentiated, hot and go-to brand
  • Develop a deep understanding of Hotstar International target consumer and become his/her advocate across company initiatives
  • Design, conduct, and analyze consumer research and brand health tracking; partner closely with the media, advertising, and analytics teams to define campaign performance metrics to ensure a high level of effectiveness

What to bring

  •       MBA from premier B-school in marketing or strategy with 9+ yrs of work experience
  •       Experience across the FMCG and Digital space in the brand team, with strong consumer activation background
  •       Native understanding of digital with an emphasis on social, video & display and an ability to tell stories through great ideas   irrespective of the medium
  •       Strong project management skills, and ability to work on complex projects independently
  •       Excellent interpersonal skills; outstanding in team work, ability to work successfully with teams across the org
  •       Detail orientation, execution excellence & entrepreneurial spirit
  •       Passion for premium entertainment properties and a pulse on the best international content across the world
