Roles and Responsibilities:

Payroll, Taxation & Benefit Administration

  • To process and administer employee’s benefits such as payroll, insurance, medical, leave, taxation etc
  • To support the annual salary review and bonus exercise
  • To provide support and analysis of all budget activities, manage and track the HR budget allocation and accruals
  • To manage all C&B reports and surveys, such as headcount mobility, exit, brand annual report, leave accrual, labour survey etc
  • To liaise with outside vendors, such as insurance brokers and benefits vendors

HR System & Record Management

  • To post job on Workday HRIS system and various portals
  • To manage employees’ lifecycle such as onboarding, orientation, training facilitation and offboarding
  • Responsible for the efficient and systematic control of the creation, receipt, maintenance, use and disposition of records, including the processes for capturing and maintaining evidence of and information about employees’ activities and transactions in the form of records
  • To prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data


  • Degree / Diploma In Business/ Human Resource Management
  • Min 1-3 years relevant working experience
  • Great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of information and communicating data findings, and experience tracking and reporting program metrics to all levels of the organization.
  • Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed service and experience expectations – ability to meet the needs of, and work with all different types of customers (associates, managers, HR, internal stakeholders, executives and external business partners).

•     Great communication skills
