  • Evaluation of content rights from a financial, consumer and content lens
  • Managing the process of discovery, negotiation and agreement with key rights holders
  • Managing the contracting process for rights being acquired in consultation with legal, taxation and finance teams
  • Managing licensor relationships to ensure a smooth and productive relationship with all key external stakeholders
  • Strategic analysis of the portfolio and identifying way forward to the CEO and senior management
  • Project Managing key projects where external stakeholders as well as several internal stakeholders are involved
  • External stakeholders would be the likes of ICC (International Cricket Council), BCCI (Board for Control of Cricket in India), EPL (English Premier League) among others
  • Tracking & benchmarking with the content portfolio of sports broadcasters globally


  • Key rights acquired
  • Negotiation and Contracting timelines and results
  • Quality of external relationships
  • Market intelligence on competitors


  • 2+ years of work experience preferably in consulting
  • MBA from a Tier 1 institute


  • Good Analytical Skills with a flair for numbers
  • Basic understanding of sports landscape


  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Strong ‘soft’ skills – Ability work with senior level stakeholders externally and internally
  • Passion for sports
