Under general supervision, this position is responsible for new business development, account retention and account stewardship for sponsorship and advertising sales tied to FOX Sports Florida and Fox Sports SUN content.

Duties include developing packages and sponsorship campaigns that feature our linear, digital and social media platforms. Additional responsibilities include creating and presenting customized client solutions with targeted audience profile across our Pro, Collegiate and Secondary programming that includes Hispanic and Nielsen support data.  Adapting to market conditions, preparing weekly account reports, aligning with our Team Partners on account opportunities and identifying and developing new advertising clients in accordance with budgetary goals.  In addition, oversight of account receivables and all sales contracts is necessary.


  • Identifies and develops new advertising clients for FOX Sports Florida

  • Account retention and creating organic growth in accordance with budgetary goals

  • Maintains local account lists.

  • Creates and coordinates the preparation, documentation and presentation of local sales packages

  • Prepares and reports on all proposed contractual sales agreements.


  • Qualification Requirements - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
  • Education / Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is highly preferred. A minimum of 4-6 years sales experience is necessary with prior advertising sales experience preferred. Prior advertising agency experience is a plus.
  • Language / Communication - Superior verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Other Skills / Requirements – Good organizational and project management skills are required. Strong knowledge of program ratings methodology is necessary. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is needed. A demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective business relationships is essential.

    Regularly required use of hands and fingers to write, manipulate telephone and computer keyboard.  Regularly required to hear, talk and use close vision.
